Allows licensed adult day care centers to temporarily operate at alternate premises for up to 180 days (extendable by agency) if the original location becomes unusable due to disaster, emergency, or building alterations, with 24-hour or 30-day notification requirements to the agency.

Authorizes the Agency for Health Care Administration to issue conditional licenses to centers that have operated for more than one year before relocating to a new location, with agency inspection required within 6 months and conditional license renewal applications due 60 days before expiration.

Expands staff training requirements to include annual Alzheimer's disease and dementia-related disorder training for all employees providing direct care, and clarifies disclosure requirements for centers claiming to provide special care for Alzheimer's disease patients.

Requires centers to notify the agency 30 days before commencing building construction, repairs, or renovations that would require temporary relocation and to request a conditional license accordingly.
