Amends s. 119.071, F.S. to make permanent the exemption for personal identifying information of dependent children of current or former agency officers or employees who are insured by an agency group insurance plan.

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2014 that had placed the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Clarifies that the exemption is remedial in nature and applies to personal identifying information held by an agency before, on, or after the effective date of the exemption.

Defines "dependent child" by reference to s. 409.2554.

Takes effect October 1, 2014.
