Requires each law enforcement agency in Florida to adopt a Bronze Alert plan for investigating reports of missing children under 18 years of age, including runaways, with coordination among state and local law enforcement, businesses, schools, and media.

Mandates issuance of a Level One Bronze Alert when a child has been missing for more than 6 consecutive hours, including notification to the Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse, police communication systems, broadcast media, Internet service providers, and mobile service providers.

Requires Level One alerts to include distribution of the child's name, description, and picture to media outlets and notification to the child's current or previously attended school.

Establishes Level Two Bronze Alert for cases where evidence indicates the missing child may be in danger of physical injury or death, or if the child remains missing more than 24 hours; requires flagging of school and medical records and distribution of flagged medical records to all hospitals and health care facilities statewide.

Grants public hospitals and health care facilities immunity from civil liability for reporting flagged medical record requests and information that may assist in locating the missing child; effective July 1, 2014.
