Requires the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to annually provide information and industry certifications for farm occupations to the State Board of Education and Department of Education for placement on industry certification funding lists.

Defines "industry certification" as a voluntary assessment process by an independent third-party certifying entity resulting in a nationally recognized credential linked to critical economic needs, targeted occupations, or emerging occupations.

Directs the State Board of Education to adopt rules for implementing industry certification processes for both nonfarm and farm occupations, using expertise from Workforce Florida, Inc. and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Requires the approved list of industry certifications to be published and updated annually by a date certain as established in adopted rules.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
