Establishes the Florida Law Enforcement Officers' Hall of Fame to recognize law enforcement officers who made significant contributions to public safety and sacrificed their lives in service to Florida citizens.

Department of Law Enforcement administers the Hall of Fame without state appropriation of funds.

Department of Management Services designates a public area on the Plaza Level of the Capitol Building as the physical location for the Hall of Fame, with names of inductees displayed on plaques.

Department of Law Enforcement annually accepts nominations from law enforcement organizations including the Police Benevolent Association, then transmits nominees to the Governor and Cabinet for final selection and induction.

Department of Law Enforcement shall give preference to law enforcement officers who were born in Florida or adopted Florida as their home state.
