Requires each county health department to develop a school-located influenza vaccination program, subject to available funds, offering free flu vaccines to all public and nonpublic school children.

Authorizes county health departments to contract with local health care practitioners or private entities to administer the vaccination program.

Mandates each school appoint a part-time staff person as an influenza immunization coordinator, with the county health department responsible for training, support, and compensation.

Assigns the University of Florida Emerging Pathogens Institute to train coordinators, conduct formative and summative evaluations of immunization rates and program impact, and share evaluation data with county health departments, the state Department of Health, and the public.

Adds the school-located influenza vaccination program as a required component of the county school health services plan, effective July 1, 2014.
