Exempts all aircraft sales or leases from Florida's sales and use tax, removing the previous restriction limiting the exemption to aircraft over 15,000 pounds used by common carriers.

Eliminates the requirement that aircraft must be operated by a Federal Aviation Administration-regulated common carrier (airlines under Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, parts 121 or 129) to qualify for the exemption.

Applies to both sales and leases of aircraft without weight or operational restrictions.

Effective July 1, 2014.
