Makes the date of birth of voter registration applicants and voters confidential and exempt from public records disclosure.

Corrects terminology from "driver's license" to "driver license" for consistency with existing exemptions for social security and Florida identification numbers.

Subject the date of birth exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act with an automatic repeal date of October 2, 2019, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Takes effect July 1, 2014, citing identity theft prevention as the public necessity for protecting date of birth information.
