Requires reports of juvenile sexual abuse involving children in Department of Children and Families custody or protective supervision to be reported to the department's central abuse hotline, with procedures varying based on whether the child is known to the department

Mandates Children's Legal Services to notify all parties to dependency proceedings when a child involved in a sexual abuse report is known to the department

Requires the department to create a unified tracking system in Florida Safe Families Network to identify and track services for victims of sexual abuse and children with inappropriate sexual behaviors, and mandates that placement decision-makers consult this information

Directs the department to monitor the number of children in out-of-home care or under court supervision who are victims of juvenile sexual abuse, effective July 1, 2014
