Expands public records exemption for criminal intelligence and investigative information to include identity of persons under 18 who are victims of human trafficking for commercial sexual activity (s. 787.06(3)(a))

Adds new exemption under s. 943.0583 to protect identity of human trafficking victims whose criminal history records have been expunged or ordered expunged from disclosure

Permits law enforcement to disclose exempt information for official duties, missing/endangered person investigations, or to other governmental agencies

Extends sunset review date for existing exemptions from October 2, 2016 to October 2, 2019, requiring legislative reenactment to prevent repeal

Takes effect contingent upon passage of SB 1440 or similar human trafficking legislation in the same session
