Exempts information about the location of safe houses and safe foster homes from public records requirements under Florida law and the state constitution.

Allows information about safe house and foster home locations to be shared between agencies only as necessary to maintain health and safety standards or address emergency situations.

Establishes the exemption as subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act, with automatic repeal on October 2, 2019, unless the legislature reenacts it.

Identifies public necessity for the exemption based on protecting sexually exploited victims from contact with their exploiters and preventing additional victimization.

Takes effect on the same date that SB 1440 or similar human trafficking legislation takes effect, if adopted in the same legislative session.
