Requires board meetings of homeowners' associations to be held at locations accessible to physically handicapped persons if requested by a physically handicapped person with the right to attend.

Requires meetings of association members to be held at locations accessible to physically handicapped persons if requested by a physically handicapped person with the right to attend.

Applies accessibility requirements to committee meetings where final decisions regarding expenditure of association funds will be made and to meetings with power to approve or disapprove architectural decisions for specific residential property.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
