Exempts e-mail addresses of voter registration applicants and voters from public records disclosure requirements under Florida law.

Adds e-mail addresses to existing confidential information category that includes social security numbers, driver's license numbers, and Florida identification numbers held by agencies for voter registration purposes.

Corrects "driver's license" to "driver license" in the existing statute.

Subjects the e-mail address exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act with automatic repeal on October 2, 2018, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Establishes public necessity findings that e-mail disclosure could facilitate voter fraud, compromise absentee ballot security, and discourage voters from providing addresses needed for electronic sample ballot distribution.
