Creates Chapter 547, Florida Statutes, entitled "Senior Arcades" to regulate amusement machine businesses that offer skill-based games to customers 21 years or older.

Requires amusement machine businesses to obtain a $25,000 one-time license and register each center for $1,000, with an annual permit fee of $200 per machine, administered by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Imposes a 7.5 percent tax on net revenue generated by each amusement machine and prohibits cash prizes; customers may only receive prizes through points-based reward cards issued by licensed money services businesses.

Requires amusement machine centers to have at least 50 machines, use tamper-evident reporting devices, and electronically report all machine revenue and points loaded to cards to the department daily beginning November 1, 2014.

Makes violations of the chapter a felony of the third degree punishable under Florida Statutes sections 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084; effective July 1, 2014.
