Exempts drivers of public school buses and school district-owned vehicles from paying tolls at tollgates, bridges, and ferries when on official school district business.

Adds a new subsection (4) establishing the toll exemption for school vehicles and renumbers subsequent subsections accordingly.

Makes grammatical and stylistic corrections throughout the statute, including replacing "Any" with "A" and "which" with "that" for consistency.

Effective date: July 1, 2014.
