Removes exemptions from rate review and approval requirements for nongrandfathered health plans in the individual and small group markets that were set to expire March 1, 2015.

Eliminates provisions requiring insurers and health maintenance organizations to file rates without Office of Insurance Regulation approval for plan years 2014 and 2015.

Deletes requirements for insurers to include notices estimating the impact of the Affordable Care Act (PPACA) on monthly premiums when issuing or renewing nongrandfathered health plans.

Removes exemptions from rate disapproval grounds that previously applied to nongrandfathered health plans described in section 627.410(9).

Takes effect upon becoming law.
