• Implements the 2014-2015 General Appropriations Act through specific statutory amendments, including education funding formulas, healthcare reimbursement calculations, and agency budget provisions that expire July 1, 2015.

• Increases from 100 to 300 the number of lowest-performing elementary schools eligible for supplemental academic instruction and research-based reading instruction categorical funding during the 2014-2015 fiscal year.

• Suspends the virtual education contribution to the Florida Education Finance Program for the 2014-2015 fiscal year and modifies fixed-capital outlay allocation methods for school facilities based on 2013-2014 FTE data.
