Requires registered nonresident pharmacies to obtain a compounded sterile products permit to ship, mail, deliver, or dispense compounded sterile products into Florida, with permit fee required and owners/officers attesting compliance with state sterile compounding laws and rules.

Nonresident pharmacies currently shipping compounded sterile products must obtain the permit by January 31, 2015; new nonresident pharmacies registering after July 1, 2014 must obtain the permit before shipping any compounded sterile products.

Authorizes the Department of Health to notify permittees of changes to state sterile compounding laws and rules, though permittees remain legally obligated to meet Florida standards regardless of notification status.

Allows the Board of Pharmacy to deny, revoke, or suspend a permit for failure to comply with permit requirements or conduct causing or potentially causing serious bodily or psychological injury.

Authorizes inspections of nonresident pharmacies by the Department of Health, with the nonresident pharmacy required to reimburse the department for actual inspection costs.
