Abrogates the scheduled October 2, 2014 repeal of public records exemptions for estate inventories and accountings under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Maintains confidentiality exemptions for inventories of estates and elective estates filed with the clerk of court, removing them from public records requirements under Florida Statute 119.07(1) and Florida Constitution Article I, Section 24(a).

Maintains confidentiality exemptions for accountings (interim, final, amended, or supplementary) filed in estate proceedings.

Permits disclosure of confidential inventories and accountings to personal representatives, their attorneys, interested persons as defined in statute, or by court order upon showing of good cause.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
