Amends section 288.985, Florida Statutes to save public records and meetings exemptions for the Florida Defense Support Task Force from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Maintains exemptions from public disclosure for records relating to strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities of military installations in Florida and other states during Department of Defense base realignment and closure processes.

Maintains exemptions from public disclosure for Florida's military retention strategy and any agreements or proposals to relocate or realign military units and missions.

Exempts meetings or portions of meetings where exempt records are presented or discussed, as well as all records generated during closed portions including minutes, recordings, and transcriptions.

Establishes first-degree misdemeanor penalty for willful and knowing violations of the exemptions, effective October 1, 2014.
