Amends section 119.071, Florida Statutes, to make permanent the public records exemption for personal identifying information of dependent children of current or former agency officers or employees who are covered by agency group insurance plans.

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2014, that was previously required under the Open Government Sunset Review Act, making the exemption permanent rather than temporary.

Defines "dependent child" according to section 409.2554 and clarifies that the exemption applies retroactively to personal identifying information held by agencies before, on, or after the exemption's effective date.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
