Renames the "Parole Commission" to the "Florida Commission on Offender Review" throughout Florida Statutes, retaining all existing powers, duties, and functions related to granting and revoking parole.

Directs the Division of Law Revision and Information to rename chapter 947, Florida Statutes, as "Florida Commission on Offender Review."

Updates approximately 40 Florida Statutes sections to reflect the new commission name, including provisions related to parole violations, clemency applications, offender supervision, and victim notification.

Makes various technical corrections and grammatical changes throughout the statute, such as changing "prior to" to "before" and "shall" to "may" in appropriate contexts.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
