Amends s. 119.071, F.S. to save the exemption for social security numbers of current and former agency employees from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Allows employing agencies to disclose employee social security numbers when expressly required by federal or state law or court order.

Permits disclosure of social security numbers to other agencies or governmental entities when necessary for those entities to perform their duties and responsibilities.

Authorizes disclosure of an employee's social security number upon the employee's express written consent.

Takes effect October 1, 2014.
