Allows retirees of state-administered retirement systems who retired before July 1, 2010, to renew membership in the Florida Retirement System if reemployed in a covered position on or after January 1, 2015.

Prohibits creditable service accrual and employer/employee contributions to renewed members' accounts for employment from July 1, 2010, through December 31, 2014, but allows contributions to resume for employment after January 1, 2015.

Establishes renewed membership in the State University System Optional Retirement Program and State Community College System Optional Retirement Program for eligible reemployed retirees, subject to vesting requirements and contribution obligations.

Prevents renewed members from purchasing past service credit and from receiving disability benefits, while permitting them to earn additional health insurance subsidy credits toward the maximum allowed.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
