Veterans evaluated and certified by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs or any branch of the United States Armed Forces as permanently and totally disabled due to a service-connected disability may provide a VA Form Letter 27-333 (issued within the previous 12 months) instead of a certificate of disability to renew a disabled parking permit.

Veterans may provide a VA Form Letter 27-333 (issued within the previous 12 months) instead of a certificate of disability to obtain a replacement for a lost or stolen disabled parking permit.

Removes the requirement that disabled veterans with a 50 percent or greater service-connected disability rating must provide a signed physician's statement of qualification for disabled parking permits.

The act takes effect July 1, 2015.
