Expands public records exemptions across 16 Florida statutes to protect trade secrets as defined in s. 812.081, incorporating changes from CS/CS/HB 91

Exempts from public disclosure trade secrets held by multiple state agencies including Department of Revenue, Health, Environmental Protection, Business and Professional Regulation, Agriculture and Consumer Services, and Citrus

Exempts trade secret information submitted by county tourism promotion agencies, Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation, and Space Florida, with most exemptions subject to sunset review on October 2, 2020

Expands public meeting exemption for Space Florida board meetings when trade secrets are discussed

Makes exemptions subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act with repeal date of October 2, 2020 (or 2019 in two instances), unless Legislature reviews and saves them through reenactment
