Creates the "Victoria Q. Gaetz Racing Greyhound Protection Act" establishing mandatory injury reporting requirements for racing greyhounds in Florida.

Requires injuries to racing greyhounds to be reported within 7 days using a form adopted by the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering, signed under oath by the racetrack veterinarian or the owner, trainer, or kennel operator with knowledge of the injury.

Mandates injury forms include greyhound identification (registered name, tattoo numbers, microchip information), owner/trainer/operator contact details, injury specifics (type, location, cause, recovery time), and contextual information about when and where the injury occurred.

Requires the division to maintain injury forms as public records for 7 years and allows disciplinary action against department licensees who knowingly make false statements or fail to report injuries.

Exempts injuries to service animals, personal pets, and adopted greyhounds from reporting requirements; takes effect July 1, 2015.
