Would be submitted to Florida electors for approval or rejection at the next general election or at an earlier special election authorized by law

Amended constitutional language would guarantee all natural persons equal rights before the law to acquire, possess, and protect property without exception

Ballot statement to inform voters that the amendment eliminates legislative authority to restrict real property rights of aliens ineligible for citizenship
