Creates section 377.2415 of Florida Statutes to prohibit any person from performing well stimulation treatments for oil and natural gas exploration or production in Florida.

Defines "well stimulation treatment" as any treatment designed to enhance oil and gas production or recovery by increasing formation permeability or fluid flow, including hydraulic fracturing, acid fracturing, and acid matrix stimulation.

Prohibition applies notwithstanding any other provision of law.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
