Creates a public records exemption for personal information (name, address, phone, email, health data) voluntarily furnished to state, county, or municipal agencies for emergency information gathering systems used by first responders.

Exempts this information from Florida's public records laws and State Constitution Article I, Section 24(a), with the exemption applying retroactively to information held before, on, or after the effective date.

Establishes an automatic sunset date of October 2, 2020, requiring legislative reenactment to prevent repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Prohibits state, county, or municipal government agencies and their contractors from collecting, requesting, or accepting any information concerning firearms or ammunition in emergency information gathering systems, with violations subject to penalties under section 790.335(4).

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
