Amends s. 943.0582, F.S. to allow minors to have nonjudicial arrest records expunged by the Department of Law Enforcement upon successful completion of a prearrest or postarrest diversion program.

Requires minors to submit an official written statement from the state attorney certifying successful program completion and that participation was based on an arrest for charges unrelated to specified violent crimes, sexual offenses, or predicate offenses for sexual predator/offender registration.

Excludes arrests involving violent misdemeanors, felony violations of statutes related to abuse and exploitation, violations enumerated in s. 907.041, and violations that serve as predicate offenses for sexual predator or sexual offender registration.

Requires that minors have not otherwise been charged with or found to have committed any criminal offense or comparable ordinance violation.

Becomes effective July 1, 2015.
