Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles shall develop a Bonefish and Tarpon Trust specialty license plate with "Florida" at the top and "Bonefish and Tarpon Trust" at the bottom.

Annual use fee for the license plate is set at $25.

Department retains all annual use fees until startup costs for developing and issuing the plates are recovered.

After startup costs are recovered, annual use fees are distributed to the Bonefish and Tarpon Trust, which may use a maximum of 10 percent for promotion and marketing.

Remaining proceeds must be invested and reinvested, with interest used to conserve and enhance Florida bonefish and tarpon fisheries through stewardship, research, education, and advocacy.

Effective date is October 1, 2015.
