Amends section 624.425, Florida Statutes, to specify that the absence of a countersignature does not affect the validity of an insurance policy or contract for property, casualty, or surety insurance.

Maintains the existing requirement that authorized insurers issue policies through licensed and appointed agents who are regularly commissioned, but removes the validity requirement for the countersignature itself.

Preserves provisions allowing multiple authorized insurers to issue a single policy against nuclear energy hazards or radioactive contamination, which may be countersigned by any licensed agent of the insurers involved.

Ensures producing agents receive full and usual commissions on policies or contracts they write or transact for insurers.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
