Creates a Rotary's Camp Florida specialty license plate with an annual use fee of $25.

License plate must display "Florida" at the top and "Rotary's Camp Florida" at the bottom with colors and design approved by the department.

Annual use fees collected from plate sales shall be distributed to Rotary's Camp Florida, which may use up to 10 percent of proceeds for administrative costs and marketing.

Up to 23 percent of proceeds shall be distributed as grants to Florida Rotary Districts providing camp services to children, with remaining balance supporting direct camp programs and services.

Effective date is October 1, 2015.
