Directs the Attorney General's office to collaborate with the Department of Children and Families' Substance Abuse and Mental Health Program Office and the Department of Law Enforcement to gather information on Kratom (mitragyna speciosa korth) and compounds or derivatives thereof.

Requires the Attorney General to consult with substance abuse treatment providers, local law enforcement, local governments that have banned the substance, medical doctors specializing in addiction, and research from medically accepted journals.

Mandates collection of specific data including the substance's abuse potential, pharmacological effects, psychological or physical dependence risk, history and pattern of abuse, and public health risks.

Requires the Attorney General to make a recommendation on whether Kratom should be placed in a controlled substance schedule within Florida.

Requires the Attorney General to submit a summary of findings to the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2015.
