Creates section 322.266 requiring boating under the influence (BUI) convictions to be recorded on a person's driving record in the same manner as driving under the influence (DUI) convictions.

Establishes that prior BUI convictions on a driving record shall be considered prior DUI convictions under section 316.193 for enforcement purposes.

Amends section 327.35 to require BUI convictions to be reported to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and recorded as DUI convictions.

Provides that prior DUI convictions on a driving record shall be considered prior BUI convictions for enforcement purposes under chapter 327.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
