Requires Florida Housing Finance Corporation to distribute 4% of the Local Government Housing Trust Fund annually to support local homeless assistance continuums of care before making other distributions

Department of Children and Families receives 95% of the 4% allocation for operating and support of designated lead agencies in each local homeless assistance continuum of care

Department of Economic Opportunity receives 5% of the 4% allocation for training and technical assistance to lead agencies receiving operating support

Training and technical assistance must be provided by a nonprofit organization meeting requirements under s. 420.531
