• Allows cooperative associations and homeowners' associations to authorize vehicle/vessel removal from property, in addition to condominium associations previously authorized.

• Permits property owners/lessees to remove vehicles parked for 5+ days without posted tow-away signage if they attach a notice to the vehicle and obtain law enforcement verification through a police report.

• Modifies towing notification requirements to allow electronic notification processes and clarifies police case number/badge documentation procedures.

• Updates notice posting requirements specifying dimensions, placement, content, and maintenance standards for tow-away zone signs on private property.
