Adds notice of approval of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as valid proof of identity for Florida driver license applications.

Driver licenses or temporary permits issued based on employment authorization documents or nonimmigrant classification documents are valid for the shorter of the document's expiration date or 1 year.

Applicants establishing identity using employment authorization or nonimmigrant classification documents may only obtain duplicate/replacement licenses and permits in person with the same document type.

Driver licenses issued using employment authorization or nonimmigrant classification documents expire 1 year after issuance or upon the document's expiration date, whichever occurs first, and may only be renewed in person.

Name and address changes on driver licenses obtained using employment authorization or nonimmigrant classification documents may only be made in person with resubmission of the same document type.
