Elevates penalties for third or subsequent violations of domestic violence protection injunctions from a first-degree misdemeanor to a third-degree felony if the person has two or more prior convictions for violating an injunction.

Applies the same enhanced felony penalty structure to violations of injunctions for repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence under section 784.047.

Applies the same enhanced felony penalty structure to violations of injunctions for stalking or cyberstalking under section 784.0487.

Defines "conviction" for penalty enhancement purposes as a determination of guilt resulting from a plea or trial, regardless of whether adjudication is withheld or a nolo contendere plea is entered.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
