Increases the legal day's work from 8 hours to 10 hours in Florida.

Establishes overtime compensation at 1.5 times the base rate for work exceeding 8 hours in a workday, 40 hours in a workweek, or the first 8 hours on the 7th day of a workweek; doubles the rate (2x base pay) for work exceeding 12 hours in a workday or exceeding 8 hours on the 7th day.

Exempts commuting time from workday calculations when employees use employer-owned, leased, or subsidized vehicles used for ridesharing.

Makes it a first-degree misdemeanor for employers to require employees to work off-the-clock after punching out or to pay employees less than their contracted hours worked.

Takes effect July 1, 2015, and does not affect employer liability under Florida's Workers' Compensation Law.
