Amends Florida Statutes section 817.36 to regulate ticket resale practices and expand definitions to include digital platforms and online marketplaces.

Establishes a maximum resale price of $1 above face value for most tickets, with exceptions for common carrier passages, multiday park tickets, and charitable organization events with fewer than 3,000 tickets per performance.

Requires resale websites and online marketplaces to provide specific disclosures to purchasers before sale, including refund policies, notification that prices often exceed face value, and seat location information.

Prohibits using technology or software to bypass ticket-buying processes, disguise purchaser identity, or circumvent security measures; violations constitute second-degree misdemeanors with potential treble damages up to three times actual damages.

Authorizes the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to investigate violations, conduct hearings, and bring civil or criminal actions; grants aggrieved parties rights to declaratory judgments and recovery of actual damages plus attorney fees.

Effective date: October 1, 2015.
