Amends section 119.071, Florida Statutes to expand the public records exemption for criminal intelligence and investigative information to include information revealing the identity of victims under age 18 of human trafficking under section 787.06(3)(a).

Adds subsection (11) to section 943.0583, Florida Statutes to create a new public records exemption for criminal intelligence and investigative information that reveals the identity of human trafficking victims whose criminal history records have been expunged or ordered expunged.

Allows law enforcement agencies to disclose exempt information in furtherance of official duties, for print/publication/broadcast to locate missing or endangered persons, or to other governmental agencies for official purposes.

Establishes both exemptions as subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act with a repeal date of October 2, 2020, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Takes effect contingent on the passage and enactment of HB 465 or similar human trafficking legislation in the same legislative session.
