Amends section 409.1678, F.S. to make information about the location of safe houses, safe foster homes, and other residential facilities serving child victims of sexual exploitation confidential and exempt from public records requirements.

Amends section 787.06, F.S. to make information about the location of residential facilities serving adult victims of human trafficking involving commercial sexual activity confidential and exempt from public records requirements.

Allows location information to be shared with agencies as necessary to maintain health and safety standards and address emergency situations.

Exemptions do not apply to facilities licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration.

Both exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will be automatically repealed on October 2, 2020, unless reenacted by the Legislature; effective date is contingent upon HB 465 or similar human trafficking legislation becoming law.
