Amends section 316.1964, Florida Statutes to modify parking fee provisions for vehicles displaying disabled parking permits at timed parking facilities.

Allows counties, municipalities, and their agencies to charge parking fees for vehicles with disabled parking permits at timed parking facilities.

Exempts vehicles with specialized disability equipment (ramps, lifts, foot or hand controls) from parking fees.

Exempts vehicles displaying "DV" license plates issued to disabled veterans under section 320.084 from parking fees.

Exempts vehicles displaying the Florida Toll Exemption permit from parking fees.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
