Repeals section 565.04, Florida Statutes, which restricted merchandise sales and direct access at certain alcoholic beverage vendor locations.

Defines "package store" as a vendor licensed to sell distilled spirits that derives more than 30 percent of its gross revenue each month from alcoholic beverage sales.

Prohibits electronic benefits transfer cards from being used or accepted at package stores or other establishments licensed under the Beverage Law to sell distilled spirits.

Allows minors under 18 years old to work at vendors licensed to sell distilled spirits if the vendor derives 30 percent or less of gross revenue from alcoholic beverage sales, provided they are supervised by an adult 18 or older who verifies purchaser age.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
