Amends s. 92.525 to authorize law enforcement and correctional officers under s. 117.10 to administer oaths for document verification.

Authorizes law enforcement officers, correctional officers, correctional probation officers, traffic accident investigation officers, and traffic infraction enforcement officers to administer oaths through electronic means or in person when performing official duties.

Allows electronic oath administration when an affiant signs and transmits a document electronically and receives an electronic receipt showing the date and time of submission.

Exempts electronic oath administration from compliance with sections 117.01, 117.04, 117.045, 117.05, and 117.103.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
