Creates public records exemption for individual identifying information contained in Point-In-Time Count and Survey or Homeless Management Information System data collected under 42 U.S.C. chapter 119, subchapter IV

Defines "individual identifying information" as information that directly or indirectly identifies a specific person, can be manipulated to identify a person, or can be linked with other available information to identify a person

Exemption applies retroactively to information held before, on, or after the effective date of the section

Permits release of aggregate information that does not disclose individual identifying information

Exemption subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2020, unless reenacted by the Legislature
