Creates section 489.5291 of Florida Statutes authorizing local law enforcement agencies to establish an alarm verification call program for residential properties within their jurisdiction

Allows residents who register in the program to require alarm monitoring personnel to notify the agency of an alarm signal for immediate dispatch before the alarm company makes verification calls

Requires local law enforcement agencies to prescribe and establish registration forms or electronic formats for residents to enroll in the program

Takes effect July 1, 2015
