Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability shall conduct a study of obstacles to achieving adequate health care provider networks for Medicaid recipients.

Office must consult with the Agency for Health Care Administration and the Department of Health to develop and recommend strategies to reduce racial and ethnic health disparities.

Office shall submit findings and recommendations to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives by January 1, 2016.

Section 1 expires June 30, 2016.

Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
